2. Directions

   Use this form to request any Fire Department related Community Outreach (CO)activity.  Examples of CO activities are but not limited to: CPR/AED/FirstAid classes, Child Safety Car Seat Inspections, Safe Senior Program, Fire Prevention events, Public Education events, apparatus specific requests, and any other request(s) that might not be listed above. Please note that depending on your request they require at least 3-5 business days advance notice. Some may require more and will be on a case-by-case basis. Once submitted please allow 24-72 hours for someone to contact you back to confirm.
