Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals of Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sugarcreek Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook, Ohio, for BZA Case 07-2019.    The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a variance under Article 3.07 D. of the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Resolution described as follows: 

BZA07-2019: Applicants, Paul and Bethany Striebel, are requesting a Variance from Section 4.13, Table 4-6 of the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Resolution to allow for the construction of an inground swimming pool in the side yard of the subject property.  The subject property is 3216 Lower Bellbrook Road, parcel L32000200170004700, owned by Paul and Bethany Striebel, containing 5.008 acres and located in the A-1 (Agricultural) District.

The application is available for public examination at the Sugarcreek Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook, Ohio during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The application may also be examined by appointment by calling 937-848-8426.
