Current New Commercial Projects
Redevelopment of the Cub Foods building paved the way for Bed Bath and Beyond, Buy Buy Baby and Planet Fitness to join the Sugarcreek Township business community.  An additional 6,000 SF tenant space is available for lease.  In conjunction with this redevelopment, an additional lot was created.  Development of a KFC fronting on Clyo Road will begin in summer of 2018.

Anytime Fitness has opened adjacent to Staples in the Sugarcreek Plaza 2.  

Sugar Valley Golf Club has completed construction on their new 17,500 SF clubhouse.  

Redwood will soon begin construction on the second section of White Oakes Landing, a 203 unit multi-family development located behind Walmart on the east side of Center Point Drive. This development offers single-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment homes all with 2 car attached garages.  Construction has been completed on the extension of Center Point Drive, serving this development as well as providing access to additional acreage slated for commercial development.

Miller Valentine is in the midst of construction on Waterford at Sugarcreek, a 231 unit multi-family development located just to the west of Sugar Ridge on the south side of Feedwire Road.  This development will offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes, most with attached garages.

Guttman Development Group is in the final planning stages of a multi-phase project including multi-family and senior/assisted living uses.  This would be a redevelopment of the Rollandia Golf Course.  The Magic Castle would remain in operation.  Improvements to Brown Road are planned to support this project.

Current New Residential Projects

Building within Oak Brooke, located on the east side of Little Sugarcreek Road (south of Swigart Road) is ongoing. The project contains 98 single-family residential lots.  This project was developed by Oberer with Ryan Homes as the builder.

The Final Development Plans for the first five sections of the Landings at Sugarcreek, located on the west side of Upper Bellbrook Road (just north of Big Tree Road and across from the Bellbrook cemetery), have been approved. Construction on the first phases is complete and houses are now under construction.  Hills Land and Development is the developer and Inverness is the builder.

Houses are under construction in Woodland Ridge, located on the west side of Little Sugarcreek Road, south of the planned Oak Brooke subdivision.  This development includes 36 single family lots.  Oberer is the developer and Oberer Residential Construction is the builder.

Construction is complete on the new Carpenter's Creek subdivision, across from the Middle School on Carpenter Road.  Carpenter's Creek offers five acre estate lots.  Rhoads is the developer and numerous builders have new home projects either started or in the works.
