Public Records Requests

Sugarcreek Township complies with the Ohio Public Records Act as part of daily operations. More information about the Ohio Public Records Act is available at the Ohio Attorney General website. The Public Records Policy Poster (PDF) is also available for review.

Public records requests should be directed to the office of the Township Administrator and can be made by phone at 937-848-8426, e-mail, in-person or by mailing the request to the administration offices. A public records request form is also available through our online Public Records request form.
