Plans have been approved for a new Dunkin Donuts on the east side of Wilmington Pike, two lots north of SR 725. Construction is slated to begin in 2015.

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market on Feedwire Road, adjacent to Petsmart is open!! 

Plans have been approved for a remodel of the Kroger on Wilmington Pike.  The single-entry point design will be changed to allow for two entry points and the interior of the store will be completely updated.  Construction should begin sometime in 2015.

The BZA has approved plans for a Kroger Fuel Center for the store on Wilmington Pike.  Plans for construction should be submitted soon.

The BZA is slated to consider a request from Sugar Valley Golf Club for the construction of a new 17,500 SF clubhouse to replace the clubhouse lost in a fire last year.  Construction should begin soon on a pavilion, previously approved by the BZA, on the grounds of the Golf Club.

Current New Residential Projects
Construction on the final phase of Kable's Mill is complete. This section included 20 residential lots,most of which are now sold.

The Final Development Plan for a new subdivision, Oak Brooke, located at 5250 Little Sugarcreek Road (south of Swigart Road) has been approved. The property, containing 69 acres, will contain 98 single-family residential lots.  Construction should begin in 2015 on this new subdivision.  Oberer is the developer.

The Final Plan for the first section of a new subdivision, the Landings at Sugarcreek, located at 3820 Upper Bellbrook Road (just north of Big Tree Road), has been approved. This first section will include 45 single-family residential lots.  Construction should begin in 2015 on this new subdivision.  Hills Land and Development is the developer.

The Preliminary Plan for a new subdivision, Woodland Ridge, located on the west side of Little Sugarcreek Road, south of the planned Oak Brooke subdivision has been approved.  The property, containing just under 24 acres, is planned for 36 single family lots.  Final Development Plan approval is pending with construction planned for 2015.  Oberer is the developer.

Construction is almost complete on the new Carpenter's Creek subdivision, across from the Middle School on Carpenter Road.  Carpenter's Creek will offer five acre estate lots.  Rhoads is the developer.
