Current New Commercial Projects
Plans have been approved for two small additions to the old Cub Foods building, paving the way for four new users.  Bed Bath and Beyond and Buy Buy Baby will be the first to tenants to occupy this previously vacant space.

Construction is completed on a remodel of the Kroger on Wilmington Pike.  Shoppers will appreciate the new layout and improved customer experience.

Sugar Valley Golf Club has begun construction on their new 17,500 SF clubhouse to replace the clubhouse lost in a fire.  Construction has been completed on their pavilion that has already hosted many community and private events.

Redwood has begun construction on the first section of White Oakes Landing, a 203 unit multi-family development located behind Walmart at the terminus of Center Point.  This development will offer single-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment homes all with 2 car attached garages.  Construction has been completed on the first phase of the extension of Center Point Drive in conjunction with the development.

Miller Valentine has begun construction on Waterford at Sugarcreek, a 231 unit multi-family development located just to the west Sugar Ridge on the south side of Feedwire Road.  This development will offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes, most with attached garages.

Schottenstein Real Estate Group is in the planning stages of a multi-phase project including multi-family and a senior/assisted living uses.  This would be a redevelopment of the Rollandia Golf Course, if approved.  The Magic Castle would remain in operation.

Current New Residential Projects

The Final Development Plan for Oak Brooke, located at 5250 Little Sugarcreek Road (south of Swigart Road) has been approved. The property, containing 69 acres, will contain 98 single-family residential lots.  Construction should begin in 2017 in this new subdivision.  Oberer is the developer and Ryan Homes will be the builder.

The Final Development Plans for the first four sections of the Landings at Sugarcreek, located at 3820 Upper Bellbrook Road (just north of Big Tree Road), have been approved. Construction on the first phases is complete and houses are now under construction.  Hills Land and Development is the developer and Inverness is the builder.

The Final Development Plan for Woodland Ridge, located on the west side of Little Sugarcreek Road, south of the planned Oak Brooke subdivision has been approved.  The property, containing just under 24 acres, is planned for 36 single family lots.  Construction is complete in section 1 and construction on homes has begun.  Oberer is the developer and Oberer Residential Construction is the builder.

Construction is complete on the new Carpenter's Creek subdivision, across from the Middle School on Carpenter Road.  Carpenter's Creek offers five acre estate lots.  Rhoads is the developer and numerous builders have new home projects either started or in the works.
