THE FOLLOWING SUGARCREEK TOWNSHIP BOARDS AND COMMITTEES MEET ON A REGULAR BASIS:

Sugarcreek Township Board of Trustees: Meetings held typically on the first and third Monday of each month, unless that day falls on a national holiday. Sugarcreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals: Meeting is held the fourth Thursday of each month, beginning at 7:00 p.m. View the 2010 BZA Meeting Schedule. *Please note some meeting dates fall on days other than the fourth Thursday (i.e. Special Meetings or meetings rescheduled to avoid conflicting with holidays). Sugarcreek Township Open Space Advisory Committee: Meeting is held at the City of Bellbrook offices on the third Wednesday of each month, beginning at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted on the Community Calendar. Unless otherwise noted above, all meetings are held at the Township Administration Building located at 2090 Ferry Road; Bellbrook, Ohio. Meeting dates may be moved, postponed, or cancelled due to Holidays, inclement weather, and other circumstances. Cancellations will be listed on the Community Calendar.
