The Sugarcreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals consists of five members and one alternate member appointed by the Sugarcreek Township Trustees. The Board of Zoning Appeals is responsible for hearing and deciding zoning appeals, authorizing Variances and Conditional Uses, and interpreting the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Map. The Board of Zoning Appeals meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M. at the Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road.
