Regular Sessions are generally held the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month with a start time of 7:00 p.m.

 Work Sessions are generally held the Wednesday prior to a Regular Session with a start time of 5:30 p.m.
Work Sessions may, on occasion, be canceled at the discretion of the Chairperson due to scheduling conflicts, lack of agenda items, upon the advice of the Township Administrator or other unforeseen circumstances.

Both Regular and Work Sessions are held at the Township Administration Building located at 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook, Ohio
