Case Status for BZC12-2015:  The Zoning Commission recommended denial.  The applicant has withdrawn the request.  No additional hearings will be held on this case.

Case Status for BZC02-2016:  The Zoning Commission recommended approval, subject to conditions.  The Trustees held a Public Hearing on June 20, 2016 and approved the Final Development Plan for The Landings at Sugarcreek, Section 3, subject to conditions.
